Nov 28 - things to work on

★ follow up down low
★ follow up with a knee in close instead of a kick
★ quicker hips on the kick
★ look at his chest more
★ quicker clinch into double hands "plumb (sp?) clinch"
★ be looser to not gas at the end

★ bring some warm up music to listen to
